Once Upon a Time
The idea behind this sequence of images is the darker side of the fairy tale. Everyone knows how the Once Upon a Times end…with a happily ever after, but this wasn’t always the way. After looking methodically into the work of the Brother’s Grimm, Charles Perrault and Hans Chirstian Anderson, I discovered a sinister side to fairytales.
This project has allowed me to explore the disciplines of colour and fashion photography, enabling me to combine the narratives with sin and creating a hybrid approach to each fashionable frame.
